Dear Northern Branch Member
Our winter meeting has been arranged for Friday 24th October 2014 from 7 30pm and will be held at The Stoney Beck Inn Bowscar, Penrith, CA11 8RP (just of the Wigton junction on the A6).
At this meeting we will be presenting the results of the recent flock competition judged by Raymond Heigh, presenting the results of the Young Ambassador Competition with a trophy kindly donated by Dawn Odgers, Quarrydale Zwartbles. We will also be looking at events for next year which will include a discussion on the Branch show and the possibility of moving this from Westmorland show to another show please bring your thoughts and suggestions to the meeting.
At the end of the meeting there will be food depending on numbers attending this will either be order at the bar when you arrive from their daily menu or a buffet. I need numbers attending no later than Sunday 19th please reply to Ailsa Dickinson a.ilsa@hotmail.co.uk or 01830540278 stating your name and number attending.
A rafflewill be held on the night to cover the cost of the room hire please bring a prize with you and some change to buy tickets! The cost of the meal will be charged by Stoney Beck on the night and divided amongst those who attend.
