What a superb day. Kevin McCarthy gave an excellent demonstration explaining each stage of the process as he went along. Ably assisted by Caroline of Magheratimpany Zwartbles they were both on hand to keep us all right in our methods and techniques. Massive thanks to Kevin for the demonstration and the Lyons family for hosting the day, organising good weather and providing a delightful lunch at the end.
Great to see so many junior members on the day, all of whom were rewarded with a bag of meal for their hard work.
