This survey is a list of all animals in your flock on the day you complete it, excluding any newborn lambs. Please check the list carefully and make any necessary updates so the national Zwartbles flock records remain accurate and up to date.
The survey is now open on Grassroots, and we encourage you to complete it online. If you complete your survey online, you will not receive a paper copy in the post.

• If you still have lambs to register, please complete those registrations before marking any dams as dead.
• Once your survey is submitted, please allow time for the office to update the system before accessing the rest of your Grassroots account.
